Jerry Kennedy is our foundation Managing Director. He does not receive a salary or monetary compensation for his efforts. Completing the mission of our organization is his responsibility.

Peter T. Hughes is our foundation Director and Secretary. Mr. Hughes is Vice President-Commercial Underwriting at Bank United N.A.. His extensive business and financial expertise has been put to good use in our efforts to become recognized as a not-for-profit in New York State. He does not receive a salary or monetary compensation for his efforts.

Brian L. O’Toole is our foundation Director. Mr. O’Toole Works for Morgan Stanley in the institutional equity division. Mr. O’Toole’s business skills helped get the foundation started and his marketing skills are invaluable in making our MRK Foundation events a success. He does not receive a salary or monetary compensation for his efforts.
